Reversing Liver Damage for Dedicated Alcoholics

It looks like Keith really will live forever. The Guardian reported on a new medical treatment with huge potential applications—reversing liver damage.  I’m not even a drinker like I used to be, but I’d still investigate this on general principles.

Homeland Security Don’t Like Drug Research

Andrew Feldmar, a well-known Vancouver psychotherapist, rolled up to the Blaine border crossing last summer as he had hundreds of times in his career. At 66, his gray hair, neat beard, and rimless glasses give him the look of a seasoned intellectual. He handed his passport to the U.S. border guard and relaxed, thinking he would soon be with an old friend in Seattle. Turns out he was wrong.  When a google search turns his name up in conjunction with the study of LSD he was barred from ever entering the United States again.

Medical Marijuana Opens New Doors For Consumption

Thanks to Medical Marijuana, companies have been able to come up with some really cool, interesting and healthier new ways to consume marijuana.  Here are some that I found intriguing!  Of course you can get the high grade medical marijuana and smoke it, but when Willy Wonka gets involved things get a bit more interesting.

Test Drive: Salvia Divinorum

Salvia Divinorum, AKA: Salvia (which is the Genus name) Sally D, Diviner’s Sage, Sage of the seers, Magic Mint and Maria Pastora, is a hallucinogenic plant. It is smoked for its effect.  Here at Liquid Wet we have done the research, acquired some of this special plant and put it to the test.  Thats right we took Salvia on a Test Drive Baby! Come read about my experience with this great plant and learn a bit about its history and make up.

Test Drive: KRATOM (Mitragyna speciosa)

Kratom is a plant native to South East Asia where the fresh leaves are usually chewed for its psychoactive effects.  Come along as we take Kratom on a Test Drive!  Read about Kratom’s effects and learn a bit about this plant.  Then we will show you how to prepare a nice Kratom Smoothie to help you relax!

Test Drive: Wild Dagga

Wild Dagga is a “marijuana substitute” of South African origin.  Much like marijuana, humans have been using the plant in dozens of applications for several thousand years. Many traditional uses of wild dagga have been recorded. Wild dagga foliage is commonly made into a medicinal tea, which is favored for the hypnotic focus it gives. From tea, to extracts this plant has many uses as a medicine.  On top of that you can smoke it, and we intend to do just that!

The Church of Cognizance: Sign Me Up

The Church of Cognizance, which leaders say has 72 monasteries located in members’ homes nationwide, has a simple motto: “With good thoughts, good words and good deeds, we honor marijuana; as the teacher, the provider, the protector.”Dan Quaintance, 54, says the church has 40 to 50 members in Arizona, but cannot estimate how many there are nationwide
